Arrived at 10-ish after a massive breakfast at the B&B.

Much windier than yesterday so went for the Flow and was delighted to rig my new 5.8m Spirit.

v.similar to session the day before - bouncy runs on the way out and a real scream coming back in. At the end of one I even managed to gybe back out in the waves... cool!

On the whole though the waves didn't help my gybe attempts, and regular waterstarts+kit drags against rip tired me out ..so decided to head for the estuary with a few of the others....different locations so see next diary entry!
